This study is necessary to support the declared shelf life of the product (e.g., 24 or 36 months).

4. Packaging Information

Packaging Technical Data Sheet

In addition to the artwork mechanical layout/dieline previously requested, please provide technical specifications of the packaging materials, including:

• PET, HDPE, or other packaging materials
• Foam pump or valve type
• Evidence of chemical compatibility between the packaging and the product

5. Technical Product Information for Label Preparation

Please provide the following technical guidance to facilitate the preparation of the back label:
